Entries are different this year with pre-conversations at the 2019 show with our regular entrants. There were 1,350 display vehicles in 2019. We thank you all for coming and making this possible. Without your efforts, and some are huge, we would be nothing. We love your participation.
Your love and energy keep us motivated. So to you, thank you for turning up and taking part. Now let's do it again! Our 30th anniversary, competitions, music, burn outs, we live the dream don't we? The Teeshirt design is now available for you to print off and display in your window. 30th Anniversary Trillo Metals Muscle Car Madness design image - PDF.

us a photo of your exhibit by early October 2019 (yep, likely your too late but if you have an exceptional reason - we'll listen). Entries opened in June to our regular members who prepaid in January. If you have lost your entry form, and have already prepaid down load it from the top of this page, then check your download folder.
2 Entries are available now. Tickets will be sent on payment from mid December 2019. We are now all back at work.
This is our holiday fun, so please be patient.
3 Late entries with a photo and a good excuse will be accepted up until Friday the 10th of Jan 2020 unless sold out prior! (We have 1,100 people entered already, I expect we will be full by late August 2019). Cars to be twenty years old, if not need a photo to show radical modifactions.
4 Phone Correna 0275457877 us to be sure, contacts on the contact page if you haven't heard from us early December.
Event: January 2020. Campers: Open for camping Wednesday 6pm through to Sunday the 26th (last weekend January). Sorry no pets again this year. It's too hot and too busy for animals. Zero exceptions. Registration 11am-ish. Not 8am, not 9, 11 is the go time. Relax. Entertainment for campers will be a surprise for the evening. That's right, we don't know yet. (Lots to choose from tho)!
Vendors, are all booked; unless your business offers something exceptional please note we are catered for with our regulars. We are tight on space this go round - and we had many early birds who are now munching on thick lazy worms.
Camping entries with an exhibition vehicle remains open until Friday the 10th January 2020 with an additional $20 per person late fee, which closes off promptly on Sunday the 19th January 2020 if you phone and send a photo of your ride, this is our 30th annual event and entry is not guaranteed; - so if your late, if it is accompanied with a good story and a photo of your entry and; if you want to be real sure: phone call to Craig or Marty - see the contact page for contact details. You do not have to belong to any club to camp with us. Get in early for preapproval of your entry, or you may just miss out (Expect to be sold out by late August). It's very simple. Tight for space. If you are desparate try being a day entry? Contact us with a photo of your ride and we will see if we can invent space, we are pretty good at spectacular organisational skills, not so great with spelling.
Day trippers also need not belong to any club or affiliation. Vehicle can be a Rat Rod, Trike, Automotive beauty, or the ugliest automotive thing ever. You must own it, It may be your Pride and joy, or work in progress, Helicopter, Jet boat or jetpack, but must be unique, and worthy of space. And must be related to the automotive genre. People who wish to enter their cars for the day only (not camping) can come in from 8am Saturday/Sunday, if staying for day just pay gate entry from $20.00 (TBA) each. It is our right to turn away things that just want a easy carpark. If wishing to leave car over nite inside arena, which will be locked at nite with security on patrol all the time, the driver will get a day pass to return the next day.
Same goes for anyone wanting to sell a car, we have a place set aside for selling cars of interest, projects, rods, bikes. Just check at gate, and be patient, you will get there....
Viewing Days: General Public can turn up for the day from 9am Saturday and Sunday till 4pm (no entry after 4pm). Do not stand directly by the burnout pad, if your lungs protest - move away from the fumes. Wear sunscreen if it's hot. Wear a jacket if it starts to get wet. Please only sensible people. The biggest day will depend on the weather, this is an outdoor event. The burnout pad tends to be the biggest show on the Saturday with trial and error, the Sunday finals are less explosive as it's more serious.
Enthusiasts need not belong to any club, to join us camping out, however all camping and vendor entries will open late Octoberesk - early November, and they close 10th January 2020, only big favours and huge exceptions will apply to repeat campers and with excellent excuses. This will be our 30th anniversary, so space will be very limited for last minute entries. We will only select the best and the most ardent campers. Well, Sponsors, gifts, and enthusiasm will always be welcomed.
Burn out pad scrutineering starts after 9.ish - Saturday and Sunday, the smaller the line, the better the chance; but all must wait for a yes from the scrutineering team, safety is first when dealing with the public. No hoodlums. Stand back if you have smoke issues, it's not brilliant for your lungs so do not risk your health.
Join our Private Facebook Group to find out more info on the beauty competition and the burn out pad. Vendors inundate us, so get in early, and help the crowds at the gate with refreshments, cooling varieties? Parking is seriously limited, so bring walking shoes. See our Public Facebook page here - Hannah is the Administrator.
